CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 -/.Z~ <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS <br />WITH THE STATE OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION FOR THE GRANTING OF <br />TEMPORARY RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the State of Ohio will <br />require temporary right-of-way easements on two parcels of land <br />owned by the City of North Olmsted and located on Barton Road, and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Ohio has offered to the City of North <br />Olmsted Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($450.00) for said temporary <br />right-of-way easements, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor <br />to enter into the temporary right-of-way agreements with the State <br />of Ohio. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted be and he <br />is hereby aut orized to enter into temporary right-of-way agreements <br />with the State of Ohio Department of Transportation for land situated <br />on Barton Road in the City of North Olmsted, which agreements and the <br />description of the parcels are further described in the agreements <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked Exhibits "A" and "B". <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorize to accept funds in the amount of Four Hundred and Fifty Dollars <br />($450.00) from the State of Ohio Department of Transportation which <br />represents the consideration for the City having given temporary right- <br />of-way easements to the State of Ohio Department of Transportation. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance will take effect and be in force <br />from an~Ic -after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />.~~~~ <br />~~ <br />Nora T.
