The <br />appraisals do not reflect anydecrease or increase in the fair market value caused <br />by the project for which your property is being acquired.• , <br />If only part of~your property is being purchased, the;appra~.sals also <br />considered the reduction in market value, if any, your, remaining property may <br />incur as a result~of the State's acquisition. Should this remaining property <br />leave you with an uneconomic .remnant, the Department will offer to acquire the <br />remnant.
