" <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76- //~L <br />BY ~~,, <br />%'_; <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL <br />CHART FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, SETTING FORTH THE COMPEN_ <br />SATION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES OF THE FINANCE <br />DEPARTD~ENT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 75-159 <br />ENACTED JUNE 17, 1975, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council of the City of North Olmsted has established <br />an Organizational Chart for the Finance Department of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the remuneration to <br />be paid employees of the Finance Department, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has combined the Organizational Chart of <br />the Finance Department and compensation to be paid to the employees <br />of the Finance Department including the Municipal Income Tax Division <br />of the Finance Department: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the complement of the Finance Department, <br />and all its divisions shall be as follows: <br />Director of Finance <br />Secretary to Director of Finance (Ass't. Finance Director) <br />Clerical - Finance <br />Income Tax Administrator <br />Clerical Help in Income Tax Division <br />SECTION 2: That retroactive to March 1, 1976, the remuneration <br />of employeesin tie Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted, <br />including all its divisions shall be as follows: <br />Director of Finance (Eff. 1-1-76) $15,600.00 Annually <br />(Eff. 1-1-77) $16,700.00 Annually <br />Secretary to Director of Finance <br />(Assistant Finance Director) $6,552.00 to $10,400.00 Annually <br />Income Tax Division Administrator $8,000 to $16,028 Annually <br />which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. <br />SECTION 3: The secretarial and clerical help of the Finance <br />Department~fhe City of North Olmsted shall receive, as a longevity <br />increment, the sum of $25.00. This longevity increment shall be <br />payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to <br />said secretary or clerical help., at the rate of $25.00 for each and <br />every year said secretary or clerical help has been continually <br />employed by the City of North Olmsted, and said sum shall be paid on <br />each anniversary date of employment. <br />SECTION 4: That, excluding secretarial and clerical employees, <br />the Income Tax A ministrator having completed five (5) years of full- <br />time continuous service, as an employee of said department, shall <br />be paid an additional 40 of his base annual salary thereafter until <br />.. ~. -.. ,...,.m.aR,i!THYf~t~.~r.i~ ~. ._, .., ~. -. .. ,.. ... ... t.F.;,,. .wi>-..Yrs. r•.~~: ~.-.-...- <br />
