The compensation for the secretary to the Mayor; the secretary to the Director of Public Service; and all other secretarial and clerical help shall be set forth in the organizational chart for secretarial and clerical help. SECTION 3: That all full-time employees of the Administration Department shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to work by the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive regular rate of pay: New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; the employee's birthday; and floating holiday. SECTION 4: That all full-time employees of the Administration Department s-hall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full-time service Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full-time service Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full-time service Five (5) weeks vacation after twenty (20) years full-time service SECTION 5: That the purpose of this ordinance is to establish the Administration Department and the salaries to be paid, which shall not in any way be construed as limiting the authority of the Mayor for the City of North Olmsted, as established by the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 6: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy o t is ordinance to the Director of Finance immediately upon its passage in order that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation, as hereinabove set forth. SECTION 7: That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions in this ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 75-161, enacted June 17, 1975, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. SECTION 8: That this ordinance is hereby .declared to be an emergency measure i~ mmec~iately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and bring them into line due to inflation and cost of living increases, and further provided it receives the affirm- ative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayo PASSED : „ G[{.L, ~~ ATTEST: G ;~ ~~ Nora T.
