f <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 76-107 <br />Page 3 <br />which such employees shall receive 5~ of their base annual <br />salary, thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15) year <br />of continuous full-time service, after which said employees shall <br />receive 6$ of their base annual salary until completion of their <br />twentieth (20) year of continuous full-time service, and there- <br />after each year of full-time service they shall receive 7~ of <br />their annual base salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 9: The Service and the Vehicle Maintenance Foremen <br />shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred and Thirty Dollars <br />($130.00) per year for the acquisition of, or for the cleaning <br />and maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of <br />their duties. <br />SECTION 10: All full-time employees of the Public Works <br />Division shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full-time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full- <br />time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full- <br />time service <br />Five weeks vacation after wtenty (20) years full-time <br />service. <br />SECTION 11: That all other ordinances or resolutions or parts <br />of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, especially <br />Ordinance No. 75-164 enacted June 17, 1975, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 12: That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed <br />to forward a copy of this ordinance to the Department of Public <br />Service, the Public Works Commissioner and the Director of Finance <br />in order that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation <br />as herein set forth. <br />SECTION 13: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and <br />bring them into line due to inflation and cost of living increases <br />and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ 7 / <br />ATTEST: <br />G%~ „/. , <br />Nora T.
