~• <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76-106 <br />Page 3 <br />SECTION 8: That the Assistant Superintendent of Main- <br />tenance, the Plant Operation Foreman and the Systems Foreman <br />shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred and Thirty Dollars <br />($130.00) per year for the acquisition of, or for the cleaning <br />and maintenance of, uniforms worn by them in the performance of <br />their duties. <br />SECTION 9: That all full-time employees of the Public Works <br />Division shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full-time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full-time <br />service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full-time <br />service <br />Five (5) weeks vacation after twenty (20) years full-time <br />service <br />SECTION 10: That all other ordinances or resolutions or parts <br />of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, especially <br />Ordinance No. 75-163, enacted June 17, 1975, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 11: That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed <br />to forward a copy of this ordinance to the Department of Public <br />Service, to the Public Works Commissioner, and the Director of <br />Finance in order that the Director of Finance can pay the com- <br />pensation has hereinabove set forth. <br />SECTION 12: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further <br />reason that it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales <br />and bring them into line due to inflation and cost of living <br />increases, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />G~~ <br />Nora T.
