CITY OF NORTH OLMSTE~ <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 <br />PAGE 3. <br />F. Effective May 1, 1976 the City of North Olmsted shall pay the <br />full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization cost for <br />unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, <br />and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of North <br />Olmsted shall pay $835.56 toward the cost of a family hospitalization <br />plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or the Kaiser Community Health <br />Foundation Plan. <br />That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the <br />employees, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay <br />the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an <br />accident or ill health, the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. <br />Said insurance shall also have accidental death and death benefits with <br />the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). <br />SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 76-11 and any other ordinances or <br />parts ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to forward copies of this ordinance to the Finance Director, <br />the Service Director and the General Manager of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of services of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the D4ayor. <br />PASSED: /s~11~ <br />ATTEST: <br />.~ .~,~~ <br />NORA T.
