CITY OF NORTH OLMSTE~ ORDINANCE N0. 76 PAGE 3. F. Effective May 1, 1976 the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall pay $835.56 toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental death and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 76-11 and any other ordinances or parts ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to forward copies of this ordinance to the Finance Director, the Service Director and the General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of services of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the D4ayor.
