f: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 76- <br />Page 3 <br />Health Foundation Plan. The employee will bear the cost of any <br />subsequent increase in the premium for family coverage. <br />That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost <br />to the employees, accident and health insurance, which insurance <br />shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a <br />result of an accident or ill health, the sum of Forty Dollars <br />($40.00) per week.
