<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76- <br />Page 2. <br />A. All full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line having completed five (5) years of full time continuous <br />service as employees of said bus line, or having been transferred <br />from some other department by administrative appointment, shall <br />be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary until they <br />have completed their tenth year (10) of continuous full time <br />service. After completing their tenth (10) year and prior to <br />completion of their fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time <br />service, they shall be paid 4g of their base annual salary. <br />After completion of their fifteenth (15) year and prior to comple- <br />tion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service <br />they shall be paid five percent (5~) of their base annual salary. <br />After completion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full <br />time service and thereafter, they shall be paid 6~ of their base <br />annual salary. These payments shall be longevity increments and <br />shall be paid and computed by the Finance Department of the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />B. In computing .length of service for the purpose of making <br />payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit <br />shall be given for part-time services, but such limitation is only <br />for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclus- <br />ion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any <br />other benefits which may be due them for part-time service as <br />employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />C. That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed the sum of One <br />Hundred Thirty-Five ($135.00) Dollars per year for the cleaning <br />at~d maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of <br />their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Garage. <br />D. That all maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Muni- <br />cipal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year <br />and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless <br />scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee <br />works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive <br />another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The <br />scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; <br />Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; <br />President's Day; and the employee's birthday. <br />E. That all full time maintenance employees of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vaca- <br />tion in accordance with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service; <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service; <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />F. Effective November 3, 1975, the City of North Olmsted shall <br />pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization <br />cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Muni- <br />cipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the <br />North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the <br />family, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount toward <br />the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and <br />Medical Mutual or the full amount toward the Kaiser Community <br />~. _ ~ ~, _. <br />
