CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 76- Page 2. A. All full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service as employees of said bus line, or having been transferred from some other department by administrative appointment, shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary until they have completed their tenth year (10) of continuous full time service. After completing their tenth (10) year and prior to completion of their fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, they shall be paid 4g of their base annual salary. After completion of their fifteenth (15) year and prior to comple- tion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service they shall be paid five percent (5~) of their base annual salary. After completion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service and thereafter, they shall be paid 6~ of their base annual salary. These payments shall be longevity increments and shall be paid and computed by the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted. B. In computing .length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time services, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclus- ion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due them for part-time service as employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. C. That mechanics and other employees in the garage of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five ($135.00) Dollars per year for the cleaning at~d maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Garage. D. That all maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Muni- cipal Bus Line shall be entitled certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays, unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; President's Day; and the employee's birthday. E. That all full time maintenance employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vaca- tion in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service; Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service; Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. F. Effective November 3, 1975, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Muni- cipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or the full amount toward the Kaiser Community ~. _ ~ ~, _.
