II. LORAIN 260 PARTNERSHIP agrees to purchase the following describ~- <br />ed property from the designated Sellers as hereinafter provided: <br />THE COMMERCIALLY ZONED PORTIONS OF PERMANENT PARCELS N0. <br />232-33-24; NO. 232-34-1, and N0. 232-34-2, OWNED BY <br />EASTLAND ESTATES, INC.* CONTAINING 2.082 ACRES AND <br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuya- <br />hoga and State of Ohio and being known as part of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 7 and bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin in a monument box found at <br />the intersection of the centerline of Canterbury Road, <br />60 feet wide and the centerline of Lorain Road, 80 feet <br />wide; <br />Thence North 68° 27' 40" East along the centerline of <br />Lorain Road, a distance of 1040.89 feet to the South- <br />east corner of land now or formerly conveyed to Jo- <br />Rou Incorporated as recorded in Volume 12930, Page 495 <br />of Cuyahoga County Record of Deeds and the principle <br />place of beginning; <br />Thence continuing North 68° 27' 40" East along the <br />centerline of Lorain Road, a distance of 20.00 feet to <br />an iron pin found in a monument box, said point also <br />being an angle point in the centerline of Lorain Road; <br />Thence. North 65° 16' 10" East along the centerline of <br />Lorain Road, a distance of 182.73 feet to the Southwest <br />corner of land now or formerly owned by Frank and <br />Matilda Yankovits in Volume 12371, Page 327 of Cuyahoga <br />County Record of Deeds; <br />Thence North 0° 36' 18" East along the Westerly line of <br />land so conveyed to Frank and Matilda Yankovits and-the <br />Westerly line of land now or formerly owned by Michael <br />and Juliette Paradise in Volume 11810, Page 907 of <br />Cuyahoga County Record of Deeds, a distance of 500.00 <br />feet to a point; <br />Thence South 65° 03' 57" West, a distance of 198.90 feet <br />to the Northeast corner of land so conveyed to Jo-Rou <br />Incorporated; <br />Thence South Ol° 05' 20" West along the Easterly line of <br />land so conveyed to Jo-Rou Incorporated, a distance of <br />500.00 feet to a point in the centerline of Lorain Road <br />and the principle place of beginning; <br />Containing within said bounds 2.082 Acres, to be the same <br />more or less but subject to all legal highways, as sur- <br />veyed by J.
