WITNESSETH: <br />The parties herein agree to the following terms and conditions: <br />1. The parties hereto agree that the Supplemental Purchase <br />Agreement is being executed by the parties for the purpose of <br />adding an additional Purchaser, and also for the purpose of pro- <br />viding legal descriptions for the property being conveyed to the <br />Purchasers by virtue of this Agreement. <br />2.
