Printing shops, provided not: more than five (5) persons are engaged in such work at any time-on the premises. 3. Research and testing laboratories: radio and television stations; telephone exchanges and transformer stations. 4. Hospitals, providing the institution does not accept for treatment persons suffering from communicable diseases. 5. Convalescent, nursing, custodial or rest homes for the infirm or aged provided no part thereof is nearer than fifty (50) feet from any side or rear property line. 6. Bus stations or terminals provided the street upon which any exit is located is at least forty-four (44) feet wide between the established curb lines. 7. Animal hospitals or pet shops provided noise and odor is effectively confined to the building it uses, and further provided .that no part thereof is nearer than five hundred (500) feet from an existing establishment selling food for consumption on the premises., E. Business offices, in addition to those enumerated in paragraph (D) of Section 1171.02, those used f`or: 1. Banks, building and loan, and finance companies. 2. Business colleges and private trade schools. 3. General sales or accounting purposes. F. Public garages provided: 1. No entrance or exit of such garage for vehicles exists within two hundred (200) feet from a lot occupied by any existing school, playground, church, ,hospital or public library, or within two hundred (200) feet of any residence District. 2. No repair or maintenance facilities are maintained or operated between the front :Line of the building and the street line. G. Automobile supply stores, automobile showrooms and lots for the sale of second-hand motor vehicles provided such lot is located immediately adjacent to a lot on which an automobile showroom is located and both are control:Led by the same person. H. Gasoline service stations and automobile or car washes provided that: 1. No part of the lot upon which the same is located is within five hundred (500) feet of any lot occupied by an existing church, public or private school, playground, park, library public building, or building of institutional occupancy, except were that distance is intersected by a street at least sixty (60) feet in width. 2. As respects automobile and/or car washes, the provisions as listed in Section 1173.02 (~i) (1) shall be complied with, and in addition thereto, al:L automobile and/or car washes shall have an area of the paved drive on the property designated as an emergency exit.
