;~~~~-~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 - ~~ <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 5: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety-and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is immediately necessary to have up-to-date General Offenses <br />Code, consistent with the latest State law, as required by the Ohio <br />Constitution, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council., it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~~ ~~~~~ <br />ATTEST : ~~ ~ ,r s <br />NORA T.
