CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 74 - 9~ <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ORGANIZATIONAL <br />CHART FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES, <br />COLLECTION SYSTEM AND LIFT STATIONS, A SECTION <br />OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, SETTING FORTH THE PERSONNEL NEEDED AND <br />ESTABLISHING TiiE REMUNERATION FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES <br />OF SAID DIVISION AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 73-73 <br />ENACTED JULY 17, 1973, AND DECLARING AN ErH;RGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has adopted Organizational Charts for all employees, <br />both salaried and hourly, of the City of North Olmsted; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has adopted the Organizational Chart in order to <br />establish future personnel needs, as the needs of the City of North Olmsted <br />increase due to population expansion. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Hhio: <br />Section 1. There is hereby created a Wastewater Treatment Section of the <br />Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted. Said section shall include <br />the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Collection System and Lift Station personnel. <br />Section 2. The Public tilorks Commissioner shall be responsible for all <br />operations of said Section and all supervisors shall report directly to the Public <br />Works Commissioner. <br />Section 3. The complement of the Public Works Division sh~.ll include the <br />Wastewater Treatment Section and shall be as follows: <br />A. <br />One (1) Superintendent Wastewater Treatment Facilities <br />1. Treatment Plant <br />a. One (1) Assistant Superintendent of Operations <br />b. One (1) Assistant Superintendent of Maintenance <br />c. One (1) Maintenance Mechanic <br />d. One (1) Mechanic Helper <br />e. One (1) Maintenance Laborer <br />f. Eight (8) Plant Operators <br />g. Four (4) Plant Laborers <br />h. One (1) Laboratory Technician <br />i. Summer and part-time help as needed <br />2.
