CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. ~~ - 9~ Page 3 <br />Section 10. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinance or <br />parts of resolution inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, and <br />especially Ordinance No. 73-73, enacted July 17, 1973, are hereby repealed with the <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 11. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward a copy <br />of this Ordinance to the Department of Public Service, to the Public Works Com- <br />missioner and the Director of Finance in order that the Director of Finance can <br />pay the compensation as hereinabove set forth. <br />Section 12. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of adjusting <br />with the requirements of the various jobs. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~.-~-~ 6 <br />.~a,~~ <br />Nora T.
