CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 7 4 - 9z.. Page 3 <br />Section 10. All full time employees of the Public Works Division shall be <br />entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service <br />Section 11. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances <br />or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, <br />especially Ordinance No. 73-74, enacted July 17, 1973, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 12. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward a <br />copy of this Ordinance to the Department of Public Service, the Public Works <br />Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order that the Director of Finance <br />can pay the compensation as herein above set forth. <br />Section 13. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of <br />adjusting to the requirements of the various jobs. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~~~Y <br />ATTEST <br />Nora T.
