,: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEfD <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 -~7 , <br />BY ~ ~ / ,~_ <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL <br />CHART OF THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, SETTING <br />FORTH THE COMPLEMENT OF THE BUILDING DEPART- <br />MENT AND ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION TO BE <br />PAID TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BUILDING <br />DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 73-68, <br />ENACTED JULY 17, 1973, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council has established the Organizational Chart for <br />the Building Department into a separate ordinance setting forth the <br />personnel needed; and <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth the compensation to be paid <br />to the employees of the Building Department, and <br />WHEREAS, the establishing of an Organizational Chart together <br />with the salaries to be paid will assist the Director of Finance in <br />paying the remuneration established to the employees of the Building <br />Department; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Complement of the Building Department is <br />hereby established and set forth as follows: <br />Building Commissioner <br />Chief Inspector <br />Building Inspectors (2) <br />Sewer & Plumbing Inspectors <br />Electrical Inspector (part-time) <br />Heating & Ventilating Inspector <br />Architectural Consultant (contract) <br />Secretary to Building Commissioner <br />Clerk <br />Clerk (part-time as needed) <br />Inspectors (part-time as needed) <br />SECTION 2: That retroactive to January 1, 1974, the remuneration <br />to be paid to employees of the Building Department shall be as follows: <br />Building Commissioner <br />Chief Inspector <br />Building Inspectors <br />Sewer & Plumbing Inspectors <br />Electrical Inspector <br />(part-time) <br />Heat. & Vent. Inspector <br />Architectural Consultant <br />Sewer & Plumbing Inspector <br />(part-time) <br />$12,000,00 to $18,445.00 Annually <br />9,000.00 to 14,105.00 Annually <br />8,000.00 to 13,020.00 Annually <br />8,000.00 to 13,020.00 Annually <br />4,000.00 to 7,053.00 Annually <br />8,000.00 to 13,020.00 Annually <br />up to 5,200.00 Annually <br />4.40 to 6.00 Per Hour <br />which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. <br />~~,~w 6.,:~-~ ~,~ <br />.~.~ , -. <br />
