~' CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 74 - 48 Page 3 735.06 Enforcing Authority The Building Commissioner and/or inspector in the Building Department, upon the finding of a violation of this Chapter, shall issue a notice directing the owner of such a structure and/or premises to correct or abate the violation within ten (10) days after receipt of notice. (Said service of notice shall be in the same manner as service of summons in civil matters adopted by courts of record in the State of Ohio.) Should the owner fail to comply with the notice within the time allowed, the Building Commissioner is, in addition to any penalty provided in this Chapter, authorized to cause the violation to be corrected and the cost for same shall be assessed against the owr~e r. 735.07 Extension of Time The Building Commissioner may extend 735.05 and 735.06 hereof. Each subsequent offense shall be deemed a misdemeanor of the third degree which shall carry a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($5Q0.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty (60) days or both.
