CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 74-,,;{3 BY: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, FOR THE FURNISHING OF BUS TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, AT THE TIMES AND FOR THE RATES SET FORTH IN SAID AGREEMENT AND REPEAAING ORDINANCE NO. 73-28, AND DECLARING A,AT EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, f~hio, with the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, providing for transportation and bus service to be furnished to the residents of the City of Fairview Park by the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in said agreement, which agreement to- gether with Schedule A and Schedule B is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten at length herein. Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance , and especially Ordinance No. 73-28, enacted March 6, 1973, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety, health and welfare by virtue of the fact that it is immediately necessary to provide for the aforesaid agree- ment. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest date permitted by law. PASSED: ~ ATTEST: _ ~~~ ~ ~ Nora T.
