CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74-,,;{3 <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE <br />MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, FOR THE FURNISHING <br />OF BUS TRANSPORTATION TO THE RESIDENTS OF THE <br />CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, AT THE TIMES AND <br />FOR THE RATES SET FORTH IN SAID AGREEMENT AND <br />REPEAAING ORDINANCE NO. 73-28, AND DECLARING <br />A,AT EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City <br />of North Olmsted, f~hio, with the City of Fairview Park, Ohio, providing for <br />transportation and bus service to be furnished to the residents of the City of <br />Fairview Park by the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line in accordance with <br />the terms and conditions as set forth in said agreement, which agreement to- <br />gether with Schedule A and Schedule B is attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein as if fully rewritten at length herein. <br />Section 2. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances <br />or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance , <br />and especially Ordinance No. 73-28, enacted March 6, 1973, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, safety, health and welfare by virtue <br />of the fact that it is immediately necessary to provide for the aforesaid agree- <br />ment.
