<br />a>. <br />,~ AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and concluded on the date shown in the <br />attestation clause hereof by and between the CITY OF NORTH cJLMSTED, OHIO, <br />and the CITY OF FAIRVIEW PARK, OHIO, both of which are municipal corporations <br />in the County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio : <br />WTTNESSETH : <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, owns and operates a municipal <br />bus transportation system from the Westerly line of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />to East 18th Street in the City of Cleveland, Ohio, serving the residents'of the City <br />of Fairview Park, Ohio, which service the City of North Olmsted, has heretofore <br />rendered to the residents of the City of Fairview Park, Ohio ; and <br />WHEREAS, the former contract entered into and existing between said cities <br />for the continuation of said transportation for the residents of the City of Fairview <br />Park, Ohio, and has been renegotiated ; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Fairview Park, Ohio ,and the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, desire to enter into a new contract, which contract the aforesaid cities agree <br />shall remain in full force and effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of <br />the signing of this Agreement, unless revised by both parties ;and <br />WHEREAS, this contract has been duly authorized or will be authorized by <br />ordinances adopted by the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and the City of Fairview <br />Park, Ohio. <br />Now, therefore, the City of North Olmsted, in consideration of the pro;ises <br />and agreements of the City of Fairview Park hereinafter set forth, promises and <br />agrees to furnish transportation service to the residents of the City of Fairview <br />Park and all other persons desiring transportation service through, to or from the <br />City of Fairview Park ; and that said service the parties agree shall be furnished <br />by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />
