<br />The City~of North Olmsted further agrees to furnish satisfactory and adequate <br />transportation to the City of ~"~iii'vi~w Park during the period of this Agreement, which <br />service it is now determined shall csist of not less than shown in the attached <br />1~- <br />schedule, which is made a part hereof and identified as " Schedule A " <br />Either party reserves the right to negotiate any proposed change in the <br />number of runs as herein provided, and in the event the City of Fairview Park and <br />the City of North Olmsted in the operation of its transportation system are unable <br />to agree on any change in the number of runs to be herein provided, or in the future <br />proposed to be provided, then the dispute shall be referred to a Board consisting <br />of the Mayors of both Fairview Park and North Olmsted, the Chairman of the re- <br />spective transportation committees and the Finance Directors. In the event that a <br />settlement cannot be made between these parties, then they in turn shall select <br />one (1) person agreeable to all parties, who shall have an equal voting right in <br />said deliberation, and the dispute shall be referred to arbitration as hereinafter. <br />provided. <br />The City of North Olmsted further agrees to carry adequate liability insurance <br />on said municipal buses for the protection of all passengers, in the amount of not <br />less than One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($100, 000.00) for injury to <br />one (1) person and not less than Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars <br />($500, 000.00) for injury to more than one person in the same accident, and will <br />also carry property damage insurance in the amount of not lE~ss than Twenty-Five <br />Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($25, 000.00) ;also will keep said buses clean and <br />safe for public travel. <br />The City of Fairview Park, in consideration of the promises and agreements <br />hereby grants to the City of North Olmsted the exclusive bus transportation of <br />passengers,except for those Cleveland transportation system runs now in existence <br />which originated outside the City of " Fairview Park and ends at the Westgate Shopping <br />Center area (these lines are presently designated as, C.T.S. Nos. 55 N 55 S and <br />65 and it is intended that these runs or successor runs to these two shall continue) <br />-2- <br /> <br />
