CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 74 -„~, BY: ~ ~/GGa~.n~ AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM LIMITED INDUSTRIAL TO GENERAL RETAIL ZONING. WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below described real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, and WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning.:Commission of this City on the 22nd day of January, 1974, recommended approval of the change of the district herein specified. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That after submission of this ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, entitled "The Council" - "Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described land from Limited Industrial to General Retail Zoning: Parcel No. 1 - Permanent Parcel No. 234-2-2 Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 2, Tract No. 6, and is further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at an iron pin monument in the intersection of the centerline of Lorain Road, (80 feet wide) as shown in Volume 130 of Maps, Page 240 of Cuyahoga County Records, and the westerly line of said lot No. 2; Thence North 0° Ol' 00" West, along the westerly line of said Lot No. 2 and passing through an iron pipe found, 55.32 feet northerly therefrom, 177.07 feet to the principal place of beginning of the following described parcel of land. Course 1 Thence North 0° Ol' 00" West, continuing along the westerly line of said Lot No. 2, 235.74 feet to a point, from which a stone bears east 0.48 feet;
