~... <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 -~~ <br />Page 2 <br />Course 2 Thence South 45° 55' 13" East, along the <br />southwesterly line of lands now or formerly <br />owned by August Saje by deed dated May 20, 1942, <br />and recorded in Volume 5445, Page 565 of Cuyahoga <br />County Deed Records, 257.51 feet to an iron pin <br />set in the northerly line of Lorain Road; <br />Course 3 Thence South 46° 03' 46" West, along the <br />northerly line of Lorain Road, 172.39 feet to <br />a point in the easterly line of land owned by <br />Howard R. & Anna C.
