CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE N0. 74 - <br />Page 4 <br />CHAPTER 351 <br />351.99 PENALTY. <br />Any motor vehicle parked in violation of the prohibitions of <br />Section 351.13 or 351.14 may be impounded in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 303.06 at the cost and expense of the owner <br />thereof, provided that in the event the Director of Public Safety <br />authorizes additional emergency equipment to be used, the fees to <br />be charged for towing and storage by authorized agents shall conform <br />to the fees as assessed by the City for the same service. <br />In addition to the foregoing penalty, any person violating the <br />provisions of Section 351.13 or 351.14 shall, be guilty of a miar mis- <br />demeanor and, upon conviction thereof, for the first offense, be <br />fined not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than twenty- <br />five dollars ($25.00), and for sash subsequent offense during the <br />same winter season not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor <br />more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or imprisoned not less than ten <br />days nor more than thirty days, or both. <br />CHAPTER 353 <br />353.99 PENALTY. <br />(a) Any person who is cited for a violation of this chapter for <br />parking or leaving standing an unattended motor vehicle, in <br />addition to the impounding provisions and charges provided <br />by Section 353.04, shall be subject to the penalties and <br />waiver provisions of Chapter 303, all of which are incorporated <br />by reference. <br />(b) Except as provided in subsection (a) hereof, any person who <br />shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or fail <br />to comply with any order made hereunder, shall severally for <br />each and every such violation or noncompliance respectively <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, the penalty <br />for which is specified in Section 303.99 of the Codified <br />Ordinances. <br />CHAPTER 373 <br />373.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed <br />guilty of a minor misdemeanor, the penalty for which is specified in <br />Section 303.99 of the Codified Ordinances. <br />CHAPTER 375 <br />375.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed <br />guilty of a minor misdemeanor, the penalty for which is specified in <br />Section 303.99 of the Codified Ordinances. <br />aa. ,~..~.,~ a hn. :e~,~ws~F~s.~*~*t~^-+r rs.»».,-.~~^r«s r a~,.. ,. zw.~,,..< .e .,~,~,u-: ,--~. __: ~ _ _.... .:,, -... .ar. +~rz r, <br />
