CITY OF NORTH <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />Page 5 <br />CHAPTER 377 <br />OLMSTED, OHIO <br />74 - <br />377.99 PENALTY. <br />(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no <br />penalty is otherwise provided shall be deemed guilty of a <br />misdemeanor of the fourth degree, the penalty for which is <br />specified in Section 303.99 of the Codified Ordinances. <br />(b) Whoever violates Section 377.02 shall be deemed guilty of a <br />minor misdemeanor, the penalty for which is specified in <br />Section 303.99 of the Codified Ordinances. <br />SECTION 2: That Sections 303.99, 351.99, 353.99, 373.99, <br />375.99 and 377.99 as previously adopted, and any other ordinance <br />or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are thereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason it <br />is immediately necessary to amend the Traffic Code to comply with <br />the State Code requirements and for the ease of the administration <br />of the enforcement of the traffic ordinances, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />Passed • j~,~~~ <br />Attest: <br />`i~~ /. 4/ <br />NORA T.
