.-'' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 74-,~'/ page 2 <br />sincere gratitude by the citizens of the City of North Olmsted, by the Administration <br />and by all Officials of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the minutes of this Council show the gratitude and appreciation <br />of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted, fts Administrative Officers and the <br />members of Council to James A. Prokasy for his six (6) years of devoted public <br />service as a Councilman-at-Large to the City of North Olmsted, and further for <br />his services on the Planning Committee and all of his other civic endeavors. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to for- <br />ward acopy of this Resolution to Councilman-at-Large James A. Prokasy, after <br />it has been passed by this Council and has been duly executed. <br />Section 3. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, <br />health and welfare of the City. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest date <br />permitted by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
