CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 - •~~/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF BENEFITS <br />FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE RECREATION CENTER <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AS A'~IEATDED. <br />WHEREAS, this Council by virtue of the adoption of Ordinance <br />No. 75-223 established a complement of the Recreation Center <br />along with the salaries to be paid. to the respective employees, and. <br />WHEREAS, it is now the desire of this Council to establish a <br />schedule of benefits for the full-time employees listed. in <br />Section 1 of Ordinance No. 75-223.. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the full-time employees listed. in Section <br />of Ordinance No. 75-223 shall receive as a longevity increment <br />the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00). This longevity increment <br />shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary <br />paid to said employees at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) <br />for each and every year said. employees have been continually <br />employed. by the City of North Olmsted., and said. sum shall be paid <br />on each anniversary date of employment. <br />SECTION 2: That all full-time employees as designated in <br />Section 1 of Ordinance No. 75-223 shall receive the following <br />holidays off unless requested. to work by the Director of Safety <br />in emergencies and shall receive the regular rate of pay: <br />Independence Day <br />New Year's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Day <br />Presidents' Day <br />Employee's Birthday <br />Floating Holiday <br />SECTION 3: That all full-time employees as listed. in Section 1 <br />of Ordinance No. 75-223 shall be entitled to an annual vacation in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br />2 weeks vacation after 1 year full time service <br />3 weeks vacation after 7 years full time service <br />4 weeks vacation after 15 years full time service <br />
