CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO ORDINANCE NO. 75 - •~~/ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF BENEFITS FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE RECREATION CENTER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AS A'~IEATDED. WHEREAS, this Council by virtue of the adoption of Ordinance No. 75-223 established a complement of the Recreation Center along with the salaries to be paid. to the respective employees, and. WHEREAS, it is now the desire of this Council to establish a schedule of benefits for the full-time employees listed. in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 75-223.. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the full-time employees listed. in Section of Ordinance No. 75-223 shall receive as a longevity increment the sum of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00). This longevity increment shall be payable over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said employees at the rate of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for each and every year said. employees have been continually employed. by the City of North Olmsted., and said. sum shall be paid on each anniversary date of employment. SECTION 2: That all full-time employees as designated in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 75-223 shall receive the following holidays off unless requested. to work by the Director of Safety in emergencies and shall receive the regular rate of pay: Independence Day New Year's Day Memorial Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Presidents' Day Employee's Birthday Floating Holiday SECTION 3: That all full-time employees as listed. in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 75-223 shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: 2 weeks vacation after 1 year full time service 3 weeks vacation after 7 years full time service 4 weeks vacation after 15 years full time service
