<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE N0. 75-251 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 4: That the City shall pay to a maximum amount of <br />Seven Hundred Fifty-Seven Dollars and Forty-Four Cents ($757.44) <br />per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with <br />Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser Community Health Foundation <br />Plant, the choice of which will be at the option of the employees <br />listed in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 75-223. <br />SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall become effective May 1, 1975, <br />and that all other ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances <br />or resolutions inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance <br />are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 6: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />that it is necessary to provide for the benefits listed herein to <br />establish continuity of services, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />L~~~ <br />~~~~ <br />NORA T.
