<br /> <br />as to the number of persons occupying such premises, the terms <br />and conditions of such occupancy and such other information <br />as the Building Official may deem pertinent to his investigation. <br />A refusal on the part of the person in control of, or in charge of, <br />such premises to permit the Building Official to enter said <br />premises for the purposes above specified or to furnish such <br />sworn statement shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code. <br />CHAPTER 1129 - CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY <br />1129.01 Building Permit <br />No excavation for foundation nor the erection, construction <br />or alteration of any structure or part of a structure, nor <br />occupancy of any street ox alley with building materials, nor <br />erection of temporary structures for construction purposes, <br />shall be undertaken until a building permit therefor shall have <br />been issued by the Building Official. <br />1129.02 Application for Certificate With Application <br />For Building Permit <br />Each applicant for a building permit shall file with the <br />Building Official an application for a Certificate of Occupancy <br />of the building proposed to be constructed, moved or altered <br />prior to and as a condition to the issuance of such building <br />permit. No building permit shall be issued if the structure <br />planned or the use disclosed in the application for a Certificate <br />of Occupancy violates any provision of the Zoning Code. <br />- 17 - <br /> <br />;~ <br /> <br />
