~g~,~ <br />1141.05 R~ulation Within Distxict <br />Herafter no land shall be used or occupied, and no <br />structure shall be designed, built, altered, used or <br />occupied, except in conformity with the regulations herein <br />established for the district in which such land or <br />structure is located. <br />1141.06 Different Uses <br />In cases of different occupancies the regulations for <br />each use shall apply to the portion of the structure or land <br />so used. <br />1141.07 Regulation of Municipal Propexty <br />The City of North Olmsted is exempted from limitations <br />ox restrictions imposed by this Ordinance on the use of any <br />land or structure. <br />1141.08 Districts Listed <br />The Municipality is hereby divided into sixteen (16) <br />use districts, all of which are designated on the Zone Map <br />by appropriate symbols or marking, which districts shall <br />be known, in order of restrictiveness, except for Hi-Rise <br />Classes, beginning with the most restrictive, as: <br />A - A Residence District --r~3- <br />AC - Cluster Development in A Residence District ~ ~'' ~ <br />B - B Residence District-'~~ ~ <br />C - C Residence District ' ~ ~ <br />TR - Two-Family Residence District - 3 <br />GR - Garden Apartments - 3~ <br />hiR - Multiple Residence District -- 3S <br />OR - Office Residential District -- ~i~O <br />CF - Community Facilities District - ~ ~ <br />- 32 - <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
