<br /> <br /> <br />TITLE SEVEN <br />USE DISTRICTS AND MAPS <br />1141.01 Districts (Amended 7-7-64 - Ord. 64-94) <br />For the purposes of the Zoning Code, the municipality is <br />hereby divided into use districts as provided in Sections <br />`~ 1141 to 1205, inclusive. <br />~ 1141.02 M_a~s <br />The boundaries of these districts are hereby es~:.ablished <br />' on a map entitled "City of North Olmsted, Zone Map - Title Seven" <br />;~ and on file with the Clerk of the Council, which map is <br />herea~er referred to as "Zone Map" shall be deemed t~~ <br />accompany, be and, is hereby made a part of the Zonirg Code. <br />1141.03 Street as District Boundaries <br />~~ Wherever, upon the Zone Map, a district boundary is shown <br />to coincide with a street or alley line, or with a lot line, <br />~~ the boundary of the district shall be the center of such street <br />or alley, ox on such lot line. <br />1141.04 Other District Boundaries <br />In all other cases, the location of district boundaries <br />on the ground shall be ascertained by scaling the Zone Map and <br />by such aids to interpretation as are shown on the Zone Map or <br />fur~iished by the Zoning Code. No lot shall be considered or <br />construed to be within Limited Business Districts, General <br />Business Districts, Major Business Districts or Motorist <br />Service Districts unless the same shall have a frontage of at least <br />fifty (50) feet on a public street within a Business Zoning <br />~ Classification. <br />- 31 - <br /> <br /> <br />._. . <br />,„~,.. ,. <br />
