'±p; <br />(J) (1) In a Multiple Residence District, a detached <br />comaaunity garage providing no more than the storage <br />spac® for tNO motor vehicles for each dwelling unit <br />located on the saase lot. provided no part of the same <br />is nearer than sixty (60) feet to the street line <br />upon which the multiple dwelling fronts or nearer <br />than forty t4 Q) feet to any other street line, and <br />further provided no repair facilities may be main- <br />tained within the same and no repairs except of <br />a minor or emergency nature are made therein. <br />(Z) In a Multiple Residence District, all rubbish <br />collection point areas shall be completely sur- <br />rounded by an opaque wall or fence no less than eight <br />(8) feet high. <br />'~` (K) The storage of one (1) boat or one il) house <br />trailer which shall not be occupied or used so <br />long as the same are stored in either the rear <br />~~~ or side yard . <br />(L) Private swim~-ing pools may be located in a <br />Residential District as an Accessory Use to a <br />dwelling, The pool, accessory buildings, <br />structures or other equipment shall not be <br />locates in a front or side yard and shall not <br />be less than ten (10) feet from any lot line. <br />The swimming pool area of ground level pools, <br />an area five (5) feet beyond and surrounding <br />elevated pools, or the entire property on which <br />the pool is located shall be enclosed within <br />a permanent fence of six (6) feet in height <br />to prevent any access to the pool except from a <br />controlled point. Lighting fixtures shall be <br />designed and located so as not to cast direct <br />rays of excessive brightness upon adjoining <br />residential lots.
