,u~, <br />q <br />(C) To the extent that the requirements of Chapters 1211, <br />1212, 1213 and 1214 may be applied in Class A, B, and C <br />Zones subject to A & B hereof, parking and access <br />requirements shall be limited and restricted by such <br />provisions. <br />(B) Parking shall be permitted in the front and rear of the <br />property, except that no parking space may be closer <br />than twenty (20) feet to the rear line, or seven (7) <br />feet to the front or street line of the property. The <br />twenty (20) and seven (7) foot buffer areas shall be <br />landscaped in a manner approved by the Planning <br />Conm-ission. <br />(C) Garages may be located in the building when permitted <br />by the Planning Connnission, and shall not be located <br />within the front set back area. <br />1205.08 Density <br />(A) Class A structures shall contain no more than sixty (60) <br />dwelling 'u.1t8 par acre of land. <br />(B) Class C structures shall contain no more than forty (40) <br />dwelling units per acre of land. <br />1205.09 Minimum Dwelling Unit Areas <br />(A) One (1) bedroom units shall have a minimum area of <br />six hundred sixty (660) square feet from the center <br />line of interior partitions to the interior face of <br />exterior walls. <br />(B) TWO (2) bedroom units shall have a minimum area of <br />eight hundred (800) square feet from the center line <br />of interior partitions to the interior face of <br />exterior walls. <br />-90- <br /> <br /> <br />
