<br />(C) Three (3) bedroom units shall have a minimum area of <br />twelve hundred (1200) square feet from the center line <br />of interior partitions to the interior face of exterior <br />walls. <br />(D} Efficiency units shall have a minimum area of three <br />hundred (300} square feet and a maximum of four <br />hundred fifty (450) square feet from the center line <br />of interior partitions to the interior face of exterior <br />walls. <br />(E) The maximum number of efficiency units per building <br />shall not exceed ten (10) per cent of the total number <br />of dwelling units permitted. <br />(F) The maximum number of three (3) bedroom units shall <br />not exceed ten (10) per cent of the total number of <br />dwelling units permitted. <br />1205.10 Height Limitations <br />(A) Buildings in Class A or Class B Zones shall not be less <br />than fifty (50) feet or five (5) stories, not more than <br />two hundred (200) feet or twenty (20) stories in height, <br />subject to the limitations of Section 1155.03 of this <br />Code. Penthouses shall be limited within the 200 feet <br />maximum area but appurtenances referred to in Section <br />1155.04 may extend to an additional height not to <br />exceed thirty (30) feet. <br />(B) Buildings in a Class C Zone shall not be less than fifty <br />(50) feet or five (5) stories, nor more than seventy <br />,~ (70) feet ox seven (7) stories in height. <br />The height of all buildings in the Hi~Rise Districts sha21 be <br />subject to the approval or directions of the Federal Aviation <br />Agency.
