Such illumination shall be <br />so designed and located that light sources are <br />shielded from adjoining residential districts and <br />streets, and shall not be of excessive brightness or <br />cause a glare to pedestrians or drivers, and limited <br />to not more than heights of twelve (12) feet. <br />(D) Fire access. No obstruction or parking. shall be per- <br />mitted within a band of fifteen (15) feet around a <br />building, the outer limits of which should be prefer- <br />ably at a distance of thirty (30) feet to accommodate <br />.gook and ladder apparatus. Driveways and other <br />temporary uses shall be permitted in this area. <br />(E) Sta,,,,,_,ndeipes.
