. s „ -~- <br /> <br />2. Coordinate the radio communications system with the <br />capability for ambulance-to-CMED voice communication <br />and ambulance-to-hospital voice communication. <br />3. Record all telephone and two-way radio conversations. <br />E. Provide the Participant with an information packet on <br />emergency medical resources in the area. <br />F. Provide or cause to be provided management of the System. <br />G. Provide the Participant with uniform ambulance record <br />forms. <br />H. Provide or cause to be provided training of the Parti- <br />cipant's ambulance service personnel in the use of the <br />Radio and ambulance forms. <br />II. The Participant Shall: <br />A. Adhere to the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) <br />regulations and the operational procedures provided <br />for the System. <br />B. Prepare and submit to the Corporation a uniform ambulance <br />record on each ambulance run. When a patient is trans- <br />ported to a hospital, the Participant will also submit <br />a copy of the form to that hospita]_ for the patient's <br />record. <br />C. Participate in training of the ambulance service per- <br />sonnel in the use of the Radio and uniform ambulance <br />record form. <br />D. Insure that ambulance personnel utilizing the Radio will <br />be State Certified in Emergency Victim Care by June 30, 1976 <br />E. Be liable for damage, loss and/or destruction of the Radio <br />in its custody and agree to reimburse the Corporation <br />for full cost necessary to replace the unit in the event <br />of loss or destruction. <br />F. Pay for the transfer of the Radio from one of the Parti- <br />cipant's ambulances to another upon approval of the <br />transfer by the Corporation. <br />G. Make arrangements with Central Medical Emergency Dispatch <br />for maintenance and repair of the Radio through an agency <br />with which the Corporation has a maintenance contract. <br />
