CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 - ~~~ <br />or" <br />A2J ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDrQENT <br />OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLP~i- <br />STED, 6~JHICH ZONE r'iAP IS PART OF THE ZONING <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY <br />CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED <br />FROrd MIXED USE DISTRICT TO MULTIPLE RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT AND GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br />ti~IHEREA5, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently <br />existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, and <br />~7HEREA5, after a careful consider tion, the Planning Commis- <br />sion of this City on the . ~,~,_ day of_ ~ , 1975, recommended <br />~3~r_oval of the-change of the dl tract herein specified; <br />NO6~, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLDZSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this ordinance to the <br />Planning Commisslon of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of_ the Charter of this City, <br />entitled "The Council" - "Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and <br />Regulations, 2dotice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter <br />o.f this City and its approval by the r~Zayor of this City of North <br />Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as <br />amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning <br />of the following described parcels of land from Mixed Use District <br />to General Retail Business District as respects the land described <br />in Section 1 (A) hereof, and from Mixed Use District to Multiple <br />Residence District as respects the land described in Section 1 (B) <br />hereof: <br />(A~) Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part <br />of Original Dover Township Lot No. 30, and further <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning in the Northwesterly line of Lorain Road <br />(30 feet wide) at its intersection with the Easterly <br />line of said Original Dover Township Lot No. 30; <br />thence South 58° 50' S^~est along said Porthwesterly <br />line of Lorain Road, 249.80 feet to an angle point <br />therein; thence South 53° 18' ~^~est along said <br />Northwesterly line 148.88 feet to a point in the <br />Easterly line of land conveyed to Maria Breckner by <br />deed recorded in Volume 1053, Page 130 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records; thence North 0° 59' Truest along said <br />Easterly line of land so conveyed to Maria Breckner, <br />639.58 feet to a point; thence North 89° Ol' East, <br />336.78 feet to a point in the Easterly line of said <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 30; thence South <br />0° 59' East along said Easterly line of Original <br />Lot Pdo. 30, 427.08 feet to a point in said North- <br />westerly line of Lorain Road and the place of <br />beginning and containing 4.0818 acres of land be <br />the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br />
