CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO ORDINANCE NO. 75 - ~~~ Page 2 (B) Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 30 and Lot No. 40 and further described as follows: Beginning in the Easterly line of said Original Dover Township Lot No. 30, at a point which bears North 0° 59' West, 473.35 feet from the intersection of said Easterly line of Lot No. 30 with the center line of Lorain Road, (80 feet wide); thence North 0° 59' East along said Easterly line of Lot No. 30, 716.05 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Original Lot No. 30; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Original Dover Township Lot No. 40, 264.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of land con- veyed to Frederick William Alexander by deed recorded in Volume 1088, Page 427 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of land so conveyed to Frederick William Alexander, 336.81 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to W. N. Ford by deed .recorded in Volume 2372, Page 175 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of land so conveyed to W. N. Ford, about 264.27 feet to a point in the Southerly line of Original Dover Township Lot No. 40; thence South 0° 59' East along the Easterly line of land conveyed to Maria Breckner by deed recorded in Volume 1053, Page 130 of Cuyahoga County Records, 720.35 feet to a point; thence North 89° O1' East, 336.78 feet to a point and the place of beginning and containing 7.5948 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. SECTION 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby directed to cause a notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City. SECTION 3: That the Engineer of this City shall amend said Zoning Map of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zoning Map will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 (A) hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said described lands from Mixed Use District to General Retail Business District, and that the premises described in Section 1 (B) hereof shall be revised by changing the zoning of said. described lands from Mixed Use District to Multiple Residence District, and that said parcels of land may be thereafter used in accordance with the use of the districts permitted by the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and the Charter of this City.
