CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 - ~~~ <br />Page 2 <br />(B) Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being a <br />part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 30 and <br />Lot No. 40 and further described as follows: <br />Beginning in the Easterly line of said Original <br />Dover Township Lot No. 30, at a point which bears <br />North 0° 59' West, 473.35 feet from the intersection <br />of said Easterly line of Lot No. 30 with the center <br />line of Lorain Road, (80 feet wide); thence North <br />0° 59' East along said Easterly line of Lot No. 30, <br />716.05 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said <br />Original Lot No. 30; thence Northerly along the <br />Easterly line of Original Dover Township Lot No. 40, <br />264.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of land con- <br />veyed to Frederick William Alexander by deed recorded <br />in Volume 1088, Page 427 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />thence Westerly along the Southerly line of land so <br />conveyed to Frederick William Alexander, 336.81 feet <br />to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to <br />W. N. Ford by deed .recorded in Volume 2372, Page 175 <br />of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Southerly along the <br />Easterly line of land so conveyed to W. N.
