21. Entire Agreement. This Agreement supersedes <br />any prior agreement between the parties and contains all of <br />the terms and conditions made between the parties hereto and <br />may not be modified orally or in any other manner than by an <br />agreement in writing, signed by all of the parties hereto or <br />by their respective successors in interest. <br />22. Non-Assignment.
