All fare box revenues shall belong to the Au- <br />thority and the City s}lall have no right or interest therein. <br />The Aut}-~ority shall provide the City with a monthly account- <br />ing of all moneys collected from such magazines. <br />1.9. Approvals, Requests for Annroval, and Notices. <br />Any approvals, requests for approval, or notices which are <br />required or proper under the ,terms of this Agreement to be <br />given by the Authority or by the City shall be in writing <br />and shall be deemed sufficient if sent by first class cer- <br />tified mail, postage prepaid with return receipt requested, <br />to each of the parties entitled to receive such notice at <br />the post office address respectively furnished from time to <br />time to the Authority or the City.
