<br />i <br />In all solicitations, either by competitive <br />bidding ,or negotiations, made b}> either party to this Agree- <br />went for work to be performed under a contract or subcon- <br />tract including, but not limited to, procurements of mate- <br />rials, services or equipment, each potential contractee, <br />subcontractee, or supplier shall be notified b}° said party <br />of its obligations under this Agreement and the rules and/or <br />regulations relative to non-discrimination on the basis of <br />race, color, religion, sex or national origin. <br />The parties further agree that no person in the <br />United States shall, on the ground of race, color, religion, <br />sex or national origin, be excluded from participating in, <br />be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination <br />under any program of activity receiving Federal financial <br />assistance as said assistance relates to this Agreement. <br />16. Honori~_Document_s. The City shall honor all. <br />tickets., passes, identification cards, transfers, or other <br />documents which may be issued by the Authority for transit <br />purposes, and shall sell or issue such tickets, passes, <br />identification cards, transfers, and other documents, as <br />requested by the Authority from time to time. <br />17. Designation of Buses. The City shall affix <br />or attach appropriate insignia provided by the Authority to <br />all buses which are part of the Transit Facilities, which <br />insignia will signify that such buses are part of the <br />Authority`s regional system. <br />18. Fare Bo:~;es. The City agrees to permit the <br />Authority to install loci:ing magazines in all fare boxes <br />installed in buses which are 'p art of the Transit Facilities, <br />and to allo~~> t}ie representatives of the Authorit}- to unlock <br />-l "L- <br /> <br />
