i y The City shall. also indemnif}•, defend and save harmless the Authority froc, and against any and all actions, claims, costs, damages, demands, e~:penses, liabilities, or losses on account of personal injury to or loss of property by City employees used by the City from time to time in connection with its performance hereunder. 10. Fares. The City shall charge passengers utilizing the Scheduled Service rendered by it the fares established from time to time by the Authority, as presently set forth in Schedule E, appended hereto and made a part hereof. Reduced fares for elderly, handicapped, and students, as well as the differentiation between local and express service, shall be as described in Schedule E. The City shall, contemporaneously with Council's approval of this Agreement, take such action as may be required to cause its ordinances to conform with this paragraph and the provisions of Schedule E. 11. In consideration of the oblibations assumed by the City under this Agreement, the Authority shall pay to the City for the Scheduled Service an amount calculated monthly as provided in Schedule F appended hereto and made a part hereof. In order to provide the City with working capital, the Authority shall advance working capital to the City in the amount(s), at the times, and in the manner provided in the Cost Payment provision of Schedule F.
