<br />charges levied by the federal government, the State of Ohio, <br />or any political subdivision thereof, or any municipality <br />upon, or with respect to any property, real, personal, or <br />mixed, owned by the City and used by it in the performance of <br />this Agreement, including without limitation the Transit <br />Facilities. <br />8. Insurance. The City shall provide adequate <br />insurance coverage, including without limitation liability, <br />fire and extended coverage, and insurance on equipment and <br />facilities, if any, leased to the City by the Authority, of <br />such types and with such coverage as are specified from time <br />to time in written notice from the Authority to the City. <br />Until changed as provided herein, such insurance types and <br />coverage shall be as specified in Schedule D appended hereto <br />and made.a part hereof. The Authority shall be named as an <br />additional insured on all. such insurance policies, and the <br />City shall furnish to the Authority certificates evidencing <br />such designation and the extent of the insurance coverage. <br />Each policy of insurance shall contain a provision requiring <br />the insurance carrier to give the Authority at least 10 days <br />prior. written notice of the cancellation of such insurance <br />policy. <br />g. Indemnity. The City agrees to indemnify, de- <br />fend, and save harmless the Authority from ar.d against any <br />and all actions, claims, costs, da:~a~es, demands, expenses, <br />liabilities, or losses of every nature on account of injury <br />to or death of persons or damabe to or loss of property <br />arising out of or. in any manner connected with the Scheduled <br />Service, the Trantiit Facili.tics, the Transit Personnel, or <br />the City's perforr.,ance herrur.d~~r. <br />r <br />_. ) '- <br /> <br />
