' s <br />~ v <br />all Transit Facilities in compliance with all present or <br />future laws or ordinances of any federal, state, municipal <br />or other governmental body of competent jurisdiction, and <br />with all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. The <br />City shall maintain, preserve, protect and l:ec~p the Transit <br />Facilities neat and clean and in good repair, working order <br />and condition, and from time to time will make or cause to <br />be made all needful and proper repairs and maintenance so <br />that the Scheduled Service may be properly and advanta- <br />geously conducted at all times. If the Aut}~ority determines <br />that the Transit Facilities provided by the City do not meet <br />the foregoing standards, the Authority may give the City <br />written notice of the deficiencies and the City shall imme- <br />diately correct such deficiencies or give the Authority <br />written notice of the reasons why it cannot correct such <br />deficiencies. The Cit}~ shall furnish all fuel, oil, lubri- <br />cants, parts, accessories and other supplies necessary for <br />the operation and maintenance of the Transit Facilities. <br />The parties will cooperate to obtain fuel., oii, lubricants, <br />parts, accessories and other supplies at the lowest feasible <br />cost, and will consider the advantages of central purchasing <br />of any or all of such supplies. The Authority may inspect <br />the fuel, oil, lubricants, parts, accessories and other <br />supplies being utilized by the City, and make recom<<enda- <br />bons to the City regarding then. <br />7. Licenses and Ta~:es. The City shall procure <br />and maintain in effect anv and all Iicense~~, permits and <br />approvals which are or ma;- be rew fired by any federal, <br />state, mu,n.icip~l, or other governmental bod,~ of cor,~petent <br />jurisdiction for the p~rformar.ce of the.
