.~ ~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 - /fo <br />Page 3. <br />SECTION 8: The Service and the Vehicle Maintenance Foreman <br />shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred and Thirty Dollars ($130.00) <br />per year for the acquisitor of, or for the cleaning and maintenance <br />of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties. <br />SECTION 9: All full-time employees of the Public Works <br />Division shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with <br />the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full-time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full-time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full-time service <br />SECTION 10: That all other ordinances or resolutions or parts <br />of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, especially Ordinance <br />No. 74-92, enacted June 18, 1974, are hereby repealed with the <br />effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 11: That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to <br />forward a copy of this ordinance to the Department of Public Service, <br />the Public Works Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order <br />that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation as herein <br />above set forth. <br />SECTION 12II That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and bring them <br />into line due to inflation and cost of living increases, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and. be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED - ,~/~~- <br />ATTEST• <br />NORA T.
