Summer and part-time help as needed. <br />SECTION 4: That retroactive to January 1, 1975, the compensation <br />to be paid to the following employees of the Wastewater Treatment <br />Section of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted <br />shall be as follows: <br />Superintendent, Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />Class III <br />Class IV <br />$10,000.00 to $17,280.00 <br />$11,000.00 to $18,360.00 <br />Annually <br />Annually <br />Assistant Superintendent of Operations <br />Class III <br />Class IV <br />Plant Operation Foreman <br />Assistant Superintendent <br />of Maintenance <br />$8,000.00 to $15,120.00 <br />$9,700.00 to $16,200.00 <br />Annually <br />Annually <br />$4.40 to $6.50 Per Hour <br />$9,500.00 to $15,120.00 Annually <br />Assistant Superintendent $10,500.00 to $15,120.00 Annually <br />of Systems <br />Chemist $9,000.00 to $11,000.00 Annually <br />Systems Foreman $4.40 to $6.50 Per Hour <br />which salaries and wages shall be paid bi-weekly by the Director of <br />Finance. <br />SECTION 5: Employees of the Public Works Division shall be <br />paid their regular rate of pay and shall not be required to work on <br />the following holidays: New Year's Day; President's Day; Memorial <br />Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; <br />the employee's birthday; and floating holiday. Employees of the <br />Wastewater Treatment and Collection System of the Public Works Divi- <br />sion shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless <br />required to work on said holidays due to a regular posted work sched- <br />ule, or by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. <br />SECTION 6: All full-time employees of the Public Works Division <br />except the Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed <br />five (5) years of full-time continuous service, as employees of said <br />department or having been transferred from some other department by <br />administrative appointment shall be paid an additional 3% of their <br />base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (10) years <br />full-time continuous service, after which such employee shall receive <br />4 % of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of their <br />fifteenth (15th) year of continous full-time service, after which <br />said employee shall receive 5% of their base annual salary until <br />completion of their twentieth (20th) year of continous full-time <br />
