CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 - ~~~.,~ <br />Page 3. <br />service, and thereafter each year of full-time service thereafter they <br />shall receive 6°,~:of their base annual salary as longevity increments. <br />SECTION 7: That the Assistant Superintendent of Maintenance <br />and the Systems Foreman shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred and <br />Thirty Dollars ($130.00) per year for the acquisition of, or for <br />the cleaning and maintenance of, uniforms worn by them in the per- <br />formance of their duties. <br />SF~TION 8: That all full-time employees of the Public Works <br />Division shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with <br />the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full-time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full-time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after, fifteen (15) years full-time service. <br />SECTION 9: That all other ordinances or resolutions or parts <br />of ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith, especially <br />Ordinance No. 74-154, enacted. December 17, 1974, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 10: That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed. <br />to forward a copy of this ordinance to the Department of Public <br />Service, to the Public Works Commissioner, and the Director of <br />Finance in order that the Director of Finance can pay the compensa- <br />tion as hereinabove set forth. <br />SECTION 11: That this ordinance is hereby declared. to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and bring them <br />into line due to inflation and cost of living increases, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~ L,7,,.T 1 ~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
