~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 - ~6,,Z, <br />Page 2. <br />SECTION 5: That the full-time Clerk of Council shall be entitled <br />to an annual vacation to coincide with Council's vacation. <br />SECTION 6: Th at Ordinance No. 74 -94, enacted June 18, 1974, <br />and any other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety, and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to review all pay scales and bring them <br />into line due to inflation and cost of living increases, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED- ~ ~_~ /~7y~. <br />ATTEST: <br />,' <br />f <br />NORA/(T.
