<br />Mr. Christman advised that the Public Development and Service Committee had been
<br />requested to investigate thepdssibility of using one sewer service line for 3
<br />houses situated on property on Lorain Rd, near Fleharty. The Committee recommended
<br />that one of the front houses and the house in the rear be on one line and that tf3s
<br />other home mast have its own service 1 i ne.
<br />Mr. Christman presented a petition for curbs on LeBerne Drive to the Engineer
<br />for verification.
<br />Mr. Mangani reported on the City Planning Committee meeting of March 15, 1962 and
<br />advised that the Committee is not in favor of requiring developers to put in
<br />street lighting in new developments as they feel that this is beyond the developer's
<br />control and would interfere with street lighting plans for older streets because
<br />of budgetary requirements to pay cost of lighting new streets.
<br />Mr. Mangani advised also that in the matter of a developer desiring to change
<br />5 or less sublots in a development, the Committee believes that the North Olmsted
<br />City Charter takes precedence and requires Mandatory Referral to the Planning
<br />Commission with approval by Council before the changes can take place. The
<br />Committee recommends that the Safety Department notify the Building Commissioner
<br />not to permit changes of this nature until action has been taken by the Planning
<br />Commission and Council.
<br />The Mayor advised that the Engineer had attended a meeting with other Engineers
<br />of nearby cities and villages pertaining to Flood Control in this area.
<br />Ordinance No. 62-24 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing
<br />and directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No.
<br />231-39-25, 3873 Evelyn Drive, being an assessment for sanitary sewer plans
<br />and specifications and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman,
<br />seconded by Mrs. Nicholas, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. Thereupon the ordi~a~arerrw~ssread the second

<br />by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />Nicholas, O'Neill. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times
