<br />MARCH 20, 1962 - PAGE 3 <br />Ordinance No. 62-28 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 234-22-11, <br />6533 Stearns Road, being an assessment for water assessment, and declaring an <br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was <br />as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Ordinance No. 62-29 was inteoduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 231-36-6 <br />25088 Lorain Road, being an assessment for sanitary sewer plans and specifications, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Leonard , <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read irreeediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nich®las, O'Neill. <br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as fo~blows: Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Ordinance No. 62-30 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 236-3-24, <br />4686 Fleharty Road, being an assessment for water assessment, and declaring <br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. It was moved by Mrs. Nicholas, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 235-1-~0, <br />5076 White horn Ave., being an assessment for sanitary sewer plans and <br />specifications, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded <br />by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative <br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />Nicholas, O'Neill. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Mr. Ballard Vincent, Chairman of the Planning Commission, presented the revised <br />Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance to Council with the Commission's recommendations and <br />approval. <br />Ordinance No. 62-33 was given its first reading only. An ordinance dividing <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, into districts for the purpose of regulating <br />and restricting the location of buildings and other structures and of premises to <br />be used for trade, industry, residence or other specified uses: regulating and <br />limiting the height of buildings and other structures, regulating the bulk and <br />location of buildings and other structures, the percentage of lot occupancy, set- <br />back building lines and the area of yards, courts and other open spaces; providing <br />for a method of administration: for an administrative board: and for the imposition <br />of penalties for violation and repealing previous ordinances inconsistent therewith. <br />
